Twelve Capital Event Update – 22 June 2020

22 June 2020

Flood events in Austria

Not unusual during this time of the year, heavy rainfall has caused local instances of flooding in Austria and other Central European countries. Given the local nature of these events, there is no realistic possibility of these events having an impact on Cat Bond or Private ILS portfolios managed by Twelve Capital.

Hurricane situation

There are currently no active storms in the Atlantic Basin and no hurricane formation is expected in the next five days.

In the Eastern Pacific, there are currently three systems with a 60% chance of forming into a tropical storm over the next five days. Twelve Capital does not expect an impact on portfolio performance from these events.

As always, Twelve Capital continues to closely monitor any catastrophe events and will issue specific updates on any relevant new major events which occur.
